our approach

First Meeting

The primary goal of the first meeting is to learn about your business and audience to develop a strategy with a defined purpose for the web site. We will examine all existing materials printed or electronic and interview principals to ensure we can drive the desired outcome.

Develop Prototype

Work begins on the prototype. Graphics, menus, layout, and style sheets are created. You can review and monitor progress online at any time at a location supplied through our web site. The prototype will evolve to have the identical look, feel and functionality as the released site.

Establish Timeline

We use a three phased approach with milestones to ensure the project stays on schedule.

Phase I

Includes everything from the first meeting through first prototype design. We establish the timeline, site mapping process and content creation guide. Home page and interior custom templates are created for client review and approval. Feedback for modification requests are applied until you're satisfied we've hit the mark.

Phase II

We incorporate the content insertion using the site map and content creation guide, finalize all elements of the web site including navigation and full functionality.

Phase III

A final review of the site and thorough testing is made by both parties. Complete functionality is tested, necessary changes are made, and the site is approved for final release.

Site Release

The final web site is copied from our development area to a production area, tested again and ready for public consumption.

Promote, Promote, Promote

Once the the web site is released we will submit it to the top search engines. Ensure your web site address is on everything you disseminate, proposals, letterhead, collateral, business cards, essentially everywhere.

Measure

Measure the site effectiveness through detailed web analytics reporting. Reporting is beneficial in assessing which audiences are being reached and sections of the site requiring expansion, reduction, or clarification.

Refresh with Web Content Management

One of the most critical elements and biggest mistakes made by many organizations is letting content age and expire. Visitors to your site expect to find the latest information you have to offer. Keep your site fresh with updated content. Be especially aware of time sensitive information. Consider rotating promotional campaigns or graphics on the home page of your web site so it remains fresh enticing visitors to return often.
